Volunteers are the power and reason for successful Pride organizations. Learn how to build a robust volunteer-led Pride organization. Hear about volunteer organizational structure, training, standard operating procedures, and feedback strategies that can help you empower others, develop volunteers as empowered leaders in the LGBTQ+ community, and lift your organization. Presenters will provide insight and resources to help you take your volunteer program to the next level, as well as provide template agreements and standard operating procedures for an effective volunteer program.
