Organizing Pride events in a conservative society is one of the most difficult tasks as we are go against societal norms. The objective of organizing this workshop is to share the experiences of organizing pride parade and pride events in a conservative society. Being the founder-organizer of Gandhinagar Queer Pride in a conservative city like Gandhinagar, sharing personal experiences can be helpful for people who are struggling to organize pride events in their regions.
